Here are some of the meals from the last couple of days..one from the Kickstart, others DIY based upon the plant-based/low-fat guidelines.

Fitness: Thanks to almost continual rain, it was a very low-key weekend. Other than a dog walk and the usual daily activity, I did nothing. This week will be better.
Personal: It looks like we might be headed up north sooner than expected, possibly this coming weekend. As much as I enjoy seeing my kids and friends, I miss Ormond. The proximity to the beach can't be beat, and the slower pace really appeals to me at this point in my life. We aren't big "night life" people so being this close to Ft Lauderdale & Miami is sort've wasted on us. My children are grown so I no longer need the good schools, etc that comes with a suburban lifestyle; a sleepy little beach town is perfect for me. Oh, and a cabin in the mountains would be nice as well, am working on that one!
With that in mind, I'm going to keep my grocery shopping to a minimum, use up what I have on hand as much as possible. I will be working in the 21-Day Vegan Kickstart recipes, but likely not following 100% for the last few days.
