In my search for the perfect Italian "cheese" filling, I decided to combine a couple of different recipes and experiment with a new vegan mozzarella. The result, almost perfect! I'm sharing the pics with you below but I'm not ready to reveal the recipe just yet. I know, that's such a tease, but I have good reason. You see, I've decided to enter it into the next Virtual Vegan Potluck next month. I still have some work to do to ensure that the ingredients are just right, but in the meantime I leave you with these images from last night's dinner.
